Prefer to start with a specific camper? Browse our fleet first, then open the availability calendar on that vehicle's page to find your window.

After selecting your dates and vehicle, you'll land on the camper review page. Take your time here — check the equipment list, the size, and especially the add-ons section.

Add-ons let you customise your rental beyond the standard package:

Each add-on has a details panel — click to see exactly what's included and what to know before adding it. Simply tick the checkbox to add it, then hit Review My Request.

Don't forget to fill in the "Where are you going?" section. This helps us understand your route so we can give you better vehicle recommendations and tips specific to your adventure.

This is your last chance to review everything before sending your request. Check your dates, pick-up and drop-off times, and every add-on in the list.

When you're happy — hit Continue with Contact Information.

You'll be prompted to create an account — this is where your confirmation number lives and where you can return to review your order at any time.

Enter your email address and a 6-digit verification code will be sent to you. Quick, secure, and powered by the Shopify platform.

Fill in your billing address and contact information. The cart on the right will show your order summary — but note that every item will show a FREE label and the subtotal may show $0.00.

This page is simply a reservation request — not a checkout. No payment is collected here.

Hit Send Reservation Request and you're done for now. Your request lands with our team and we'll review it personally.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a secure payment link for the 50% deposit via QuickBooks Online.

Payment options:

Two weeks before your trip, we'll send a second invoice for the remaining 50% balance. Same payment options apply.

Life happens — flights get delayed, schedules shift. If anything changes, reach out via email or phone. We're flexible and we won't stress if you don't.

When it comes to the handoff, we get it — after a long flight, you just want to grab the keys and go. So it's your choice:

When you're back, just give us a heads-up if anything worth mentioning came up — a scrape, a missing item, anything at all. We'd always rather hear it from you first.

Your security deposit will be processed for refund once the vehicle has been inspected.
